The Big Bramhall & Cheadle Hulme Pumpkin Trail
Date: 24 Oct 2020 09.00 to 31 Oct 2020 22.00

The pandemic is making us do things differently, but here at I Love Bramhall & I Love Cheadle Hulme we love a challenge to keep our buzzing community safe and happy.

Halloween is fast approaching, so we are organising a Pumpkin trail around the villages of Bramhall and Cheadle Hulme. Kids will love it, and parents can be confident that the kids will be safe from germy sweet bowls.

Dates: 24 Oct – 31 Oct
Facebook Event: The Big Bramhall & Cheadle Hulme Pumpkin Trail
Pumpkin Trail Map: Google Map
Bingo Sheet: BigBramhall&CheadleHulmeTrail

Look out for this poster

*Exciting news!* The lovely people at Little Big Heads in the Village Square, Bramhall have offered to donate a pair of ‘Baby Bogs‘ children’s wellies that retail at £40, to the child that finds the most pumpkin posters!
Just email [email protected] before midnight on Wednesday 4th November and tell us how many posters you have found!
We will announce the winner on Thursday 5th November.
*(In the event of a draw, we will pick the winner in a live draw on Thursday.)
GOOD LUCK!

For the trail to work, we have set up an online form for you to fill in to register your house or business that would like to be included in the trail (don’t worry your name remains confidential)  – please register before 16 Oct so we have some time to create the trail.

Once you’ve registered your address all you need to do is print off our pumpkin image Pumpkin Trail – To Colour In or Pumpkin Trail – Full Colour and either pop it in your window or laminate it and pop it on a tree or fence in your front garden from 24 Oct until 31 Oct – please make sure it’s easy to see for the trail (much like the rainbows for the NHS earlier on in the year)
Once we have created the trail you will be able to download a ‘bingo’ sheet that you can fill in with stickers, a tick or colour in- it’s up to you!

It’s just 3 easy steps
  1. Register your home/business (if you want)
  2. Download & display the pumpkin artwork (if registered)
  3. Download the ‘Bingo’ sheet & head out and enjoy the trail (anyone can do)
You may want to reward the children with a sweet treat for every pumpkin they find
Let us know which house has been decorated the best. Let’s keep our community spirit alive!

Please make sure you visit 95 Meadway in Bramhall for a very special Halloween display, this scary tales fundraiser is in memory of Catherine Barron who sadly passed away peacefully in March after a 3 year battle with breast cancer.
She was an amazing wife to David and mum to Stevie and Sarah.

There will also be a special display on Hill Top Avenue, Cheadle Hulme.  Sally and John Cleary usually run a ‘spooky tour’ every Halloween for charity.  This year they are unable to do a tour so they are turning their front garden into a haunted graveyard!

They will be raising funds for Cancer Research UK you can donate by clicking here

You are invited to take a look on Friday 30th October between 5pm and 8pm

We would love to see your photos of you completing the trail- we honestly can’t wait to see all the pumpkins around the village!

Happy Halloween!
